Introductions Quest it would be a nice gesture to introduce yourself around town. Some people might be anxious to meet the new farmer. One of your first tasks will be to go around the valley and introduce yourself to 28 residents, each offering a unique perspective and story that enriches your experience in this vibrant community.
Knowing who to talk to can be tricky due to the sheer number of characters, so in this guide, we are going to go over every NPC you will need to speak to for this quest, as well as where you can find them throughout the valley’s picturesque landscapes. First, let’s examine the residents in Pelican Town. You can connect with diverse individuals there. Each one contributes to the town’s charm and character.
| Alex | During Spring and Fall, Alex exits his home at 8am unless it is raining. He stands by the tree to the right of his house. He plays with his ball there. In the afternoon, he moves towards the left of the fenced-in area. Morning (8:00 AM – 9:00 AM): Usually outside his house (the one next to George & Evelyn), exercising. Late Morning / Afternoon: He hangs around the dog pen just to the right of his house. Alternatively, he goes to the beach to work out. Evening: Returns home or goes to the Saloon (occasionally). |
| Abigail | Abigail lives at the Pierre’s General Store with her parents. Morning (8:00 AM – 10:00 AM): Often in her room at Pierre’s General Store (upstairs). Late Morning / Afternoon: May head to the kitchen or the town square. Evening (after 4:00 PM): Sometimes plays the flute by the bridge near the river. On certain days, she visits the Saloon. |
| Caroline | Caroline is married to Pierre and they live with their daughter Abigail in Pierre’s General Store. Morning / Afternoon: Often found in Pierre’s General Store, either in the kitchen or the main store area. Some Days (Afternoon): Might be in the greenhouse room at the back of the store. |
| Clint | Clint is a villager who lives in Pelican Town. He owns and runs the local Blacksmith. 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM: At the Blacksmith shop (east side of Pelican Town). Evening (after 4:00 PM): Heads to his room behind the shop or visits the Saloon (especially on Fridays). |
| Demetrius | Demetrius is a villager. He resides at 24 Mountain Road on The Mountain. He lives with his wife Robin. He also lives with his daughter Maru and step-son Sebastian. Morning / Afternoon: In Robin’s Carpenter Shop (north of town, near the mountains). Some Afternoons: In the small lab area (left side of the Carpenter’s Shop). Evening: Stays at home with Robin and Maru. |
| Elliott | Elliott is a villager who lives on the beach south of Pelican Town. Morning: Often in his Cabin on the Beach (far right side of the beach). Afternoon: May walk around the beach or head into town, occasionally found at the Library/Museum. Evening: Returns to his cabin or visits the Saloon on certain days. |
| Emily | Emily home is south of the town square, right next to Jodi’s house, at the 2 Willow Lane. She works most evenings at The Stardrop Saloon. Morning: Lives with Haley at the southwest house in Pelican Town. Often in the kitchen or her bedroom. Afternoon / Evening: Works at the Saloon (behind the counter) starting around 4:00 PM on most days. |
| Evelyn | Evelyn can usually be found in her home’s kitchen or tending to the gardens in the center of town. Morning: In her house (with George and Alex), near the center of Pelican Town. Afternoon: Tends to walk around town or near the fountain by the Community Center on some days. Evening: Returns home. |
| George | George is married to Evelyn and lives with his grandson, Alex. Mostly Indoors: Stays in his house (with Evelyn and Alex). He’s usually in his armchair near the TV. Afternoons (some days): May be found by the kitchen table or on the porch. |
| Gus | Gus is a villager who lives and works at the Stardrop Saloon in Pelican Town. Most Days (12:00 PM – 12:00 AM): In the Star Drop Saloon (center of town). Occasional Mornings: May step out briefly, but easiest time to meet him is in the Saloon. |
| Haley | Haley lives with her sister Emily, and together they care for their parents’ home. Morning (before 11:00 AM): Often in her room (southwest house in Pelican Town). Afternoon: Goes outside near the fountain (Community Center area) or near the river. Sometimes takes photos by the town’s flowerbeds. Evening: Returns home. |
| Harvey | Harvey is a villager who lives in Pelican Town. He runs the town’s medical clinic. Clinic Hours (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM): Found in Harvey’s Clinic (left of the General Store). Afternoon (some days): Might go to the Museum or walk around town. Evening: Often returns to his room above the Clinic. |
| Jodi | Jodi lives at 1 Willow Lane with her husband Kent and two sons, Sam and Vincent. Morning: In her house (south of the river, near the southwest entrance to town). She may be cooking or doing chores. Afternoon: Sometimes goes shopping at Pierre’s or takes Vincent to the river area. Evening: Back home. |
| Lewis | Lewis is the mayor of Pelican Town. Morning: In his house (bottom-left side of Pelican Town) or checking the Community Garden. Afternoon: Walks around town, might be found near Marnie’s Ranch or near the Bridge to the beach. Evening: Returns to his house. |
| Linus | Linus is a villager who lives in a small tent west of the Mines, on the Mountains north. All Day: Lives in the Tent north of Robin’s Carpenter Shop (near the mines area). Afternoon: Walk around the lake (behind his tent). Evening: Back to his tent. |
| Marnie | Marnie is a villager who lives at Marnie’s Ranch in the northeast area of Cindersap Forest. Morning / Afternoon (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM): Usually at Marnie’s Ranch (south of your farm). Tuesdays: She leaves the Ranch to go to Caroline’s “exercise class” at Pierre’s. Evening: Stays at home or occasionally visits the Saloon on Fridays. |
| Maru | Maru lives north of town with her family in a house attached to Robin’s carpenter shop. Morning: Lives in Robin’s Carpenter Shop. Sometimes in her bedroom or the lab. Afternoon: Head to the Clinic (on some days she works there) or stand on the mountain lookout. Evening: Returns home. |
| Pam | Pam is a villager who lives in the trailer just west of the river in Pelican Town. Morning: Lives in the trailer (upper-left area of town, near the river). Afternoon: Often at the Saloon (especially after 12:00 PM) or walking around town. Evening: Usually in the Saloon until late, then returns to the trailer. |
| Penny | Penny trailer is just east of the center of town, west of the river. She tutors Vincent and Jas at the library. Morning: Lives in the trailer with Pam. Be reading inside or cleaning up. Afternoon: Teaches Jas and Vincent (often by the Museum/Library or near the river). Evening: Returns to the trailer. |
| Pierre | Pierre owns and runs Pierre’s General Store. Store Hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM): At Pierre’s General Store (behind the counter). Evening: In his home above the store or occasionally visits the Saloon. |
| Robin | Robin is the town carpenter. She runs her own Carpenter’s Shop from her home. It is open from 9am to 5pm every day except Tuesday. Shop Hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM): At the Carpenter’s Shop (north of town). Evening: Usually at home with Demetrius, Maru, and Sebastian. |
| Sam | He lives in the southern part of town, just north of the river at 1 Willow Lane. Morning: Lives in the house south of the river (with Jodi and Vincent). Often in his bedroom. Afternoon: Works part-time at JojaMart (some days) or practices guitar in his room. Evening: Go to the Saloon or stay home. |
| Sebastian | Sebastian lives in the basement of his mother Robin’s carpenter shop, north of town. Morning / Afternoon: Often in the basement of Robin’s Carpenter Shop. Can be tricky to meet because he stays in his room a lot. Late Afternoon / Evening: He head outside. Sometimes he smokes by the lake (north of Carpenter’s Shop). He go to the Saloon on certain days. |
| Shane | Shane is a villager in Pelican Town. He is often rude and unhappy. He is a heavy drinker and suffers from depression. Morning: Lives at Marnie’s Ranch (south of your farm). Workday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM): At JojaMart (north-east side of town). Evening: Often heads to the Saloon after work, then returns to Marnie’s Ranch. |
| Vincent | Vincent lives with his mother Jodi and his brother Sam. Morning: Lives with Jodi (and Sam) in the house south of the river. May be in his bedroom. Afternoon: Lessons with Penny (often near the Library/Museum). Evening: Returns home. |
| Willy | Willy is a villager who lives south of Pelican Town on The Beach. Shop Hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM): At the Fish Shop on the Beach (down from Pelican Town). Morning (before 9:00 AM): Sometimes stands on the pier fishing. Evening: May fish or go inside his shop. |
| Wizard | Location: Wizard’s Tower in the southwest corner of the Cindersap Forest (west of Marnie’s Ranch). |
